Dynamics CRM Product Manager REMOTE

This nonprofit organization is looking to add a CRM Product Manager to their team to manage maintenance, administration, and customization of their existing CRM System. You will work alongside a large team of other Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to make sure the system is running properly. You will also have the opportunity to work across all departments, which allows for diversity in your projects.

Role & Responsibilities


  • Work with end users to resolve issues, and answer any CRM related questions

  • Work with your team to turn business needs into actionable solutions

  • Update and create entities, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards

  • Maintain CRM documentation



Skills & Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience with customization and administration of Dynamics CRM

  • Experience coding with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus

  • Experience working with Power Platform, Dynamics SDK, and other related tools
