Job DescriptionAramark Refreshments, a core division of the company?s Workplace Experience Group (WXG) is seeking to fill the role of a B2B E-Commerce Marketing Manager to help drive sales growth and client satisfaction across our large portfolio of clients. The E-Commerce Manager position provides a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded Ecomm professional to manage the entire Aramark Refreshments E-Commerce experience, ecosystem and execution of revenue-driving initiatives via our AramarkRefreshments.com website. This position provides opportunities for thought leadership and day-to-day program execution of the Refreshments Division E-Commerce strategy, content marketing plan, data analysis, SEO/SEM and ensuring the consistent delivery of the brand's digital presence and storytelling. This subject matter expert must be highly collaborative and will work closely with the Technology, Digital Experience, Growth/Sales, and Operational Excellence Teams to ensure successful delivery of optimal Ecomm and Digital/Content Marketing solutions that deliver on business objectives and timelines in this fast-paced B2B environment. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring the success of the E-Commerce ecosystem based on established KPIs and benchmarks.The ideal candidate will be based out of (or near) the Greater Philadelphia area and available to be on-site at our state-of-the-art Center City Philadelphia Headquarters a few days per week in a hybrid work model.Knowledge and SkillsHands-on Ecommerce Program, Platform and PIM/Product Catalog Management experience; Content Marketing, Management & Page Authoring experience; Data Analysis and Insights skillsets across multiple leading platforms; SEO/SEM program leadership, analysis and optimization expertise.Job Responsibilities

Primary leader of the AramarkRefreshments.com E-Commerce website and all related sub-disciplines, with a focus on overarching strategic thought leadership, day-to-day ownership and implementation of all tactical elements, analytics & insights leadership and continuous optimization of all program elements for the channel.

Product Catalog/PIM Management ? the Ecommerce Manager will be the go-to source for managing the company?s full E-commerce product catalog and PIM. PIM experience is a must, Akeneo PIM experience preferred. Seeking direct experience managing a broad catalog with numerous product attributes, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, seasonal promotions and more.

Content Calendar Planning & Execution ? the E-Commerce Manager will work closely with Product, Marketing & Communications teams to establish monthly content and promotional calendars for the site and then author and implement all content pushes.

SEO expertise ? the ideal candidate must be well-versed and have hands-on leadership experience in SEO best practices and implementation in order to optimize searchability and findability on leading search engines. SEMrush experience preferred to help accomplish this.

SEM experience ? candidates should also have direct experience building, managing, measuring and optimizing weekly/monthly Paid Search campaigns to support E-Commerce and Lead Generation efforts, using Google Ads to implement and measure.

Responsible for driving profitable growth and identifying business-building opportunities in order to develop a comprehensive E-Commerce strategy and tactical plan to drive top funnel behaviors all the way through successful conversion and retention.

Responsible for bringing innovative solutions to differentiate our service offering and drive online sales, client satisfaction and retention, average order value and reduction of cart abandonment rates.

Partners closely with the Digital Experience Director and team to develop, manage, and grow the WXG digital ecosystem and revenue growth driven by it.

Works closely with the Technology Team to ensure we have the right technical strategy, tools, partners, platforms and solutions for WXG.

Works collaboratively with Growth/Sales and Operational Excellence Team Leaders to ensure development and execution of the right solutions and tools to drive growth and meet or exceed business goals.

Works collaboratively with the B2B Communication Teams to develop PR campaigns

Qualifications

Bachelor?s Degree preferably in marketing, digital commerce, business or other related field from an accredited university.

A minimum of 6-8+ years of executional and strategic E-Commerce and digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment and/or with a focus on fast-moving packaged goods and annual revenues of eight figures or higher.

Experience leading and executing all aspects of an E-Commerce platform and product catalog with large volume of diverse products. PIM and GDSN experience is preferred, with Akeneo PIM experience ideal.

Strong user experience (UX), visual design and content marketing skills, with the ability to understand how great design and commitment to strong visual aesthetics and digital merchandising can drive higher sales and a better user experience.

Experience collaborating robustly with both digital marketing and IT professionals and non-technical stakeholders as well, both internal colleagues and external agency partners/consultants.

Expertise in leading E-Commerce and digital marketing partners, platforms and technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Bazaarvoice, Salesforce, Pardot and more.

Demonstrated success planning, implementing, measuring and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that include SEM and other types of paid digital media, retargeting and email marketing.

Data Analytics: Ability to interpret performance marketing data and identify key insights that can both optimize tactical programs and lead to greater optimization of campaigns and resources to drive successful business outcomes.

Strong digital storytelling skills, conveying the vision and mission of the company to differentiate Aramark Refreshments as a leader in the competitive marketplace.

Demonstrated ability to be highly collaborative and communicate thoughtfully, in person and in writing, with all types of business partners while facilitating consultative discussions to translate business needs into solutions that drive successful end results.
