Red Spark, a leading e-commerce incubator, is looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Ecommerce Manager. Red Spark is a dynamic technology incubator redefining the Ecommerce landscape by developing cutting-edge advertising technology and scaling a diverse portfolio of impactful consumer brands. As our Ecommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our on-site marketing strategy. The Role You will own the online customer journey, identify customer needs, and implement initiatives that encourage deeper engagement, increased customer retention, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will manage and increase key ecommerce funnel conversion points from site visit to transaction, and conduct comprehensive analyses of our website's performance to identify new growth opportunities. As Ecommerce Manager, you will implement these changes to enhance profitability and rapidly grow our portfolio of brands. Your Responsibilities Will Include

Manage our ecommerce sites while working to continuously deliver a best of class consumer experience and business results

Build and test to create high-converting landing pages for a range of campaigns including paid search, organic traffic, referral, and more, executing on these experiments within a robust A/B testing framework.

Develop and execute the strategic immediate and long-term direct to consumer roadmap for our ecommerce brands measured by short term, quarterly and annual KPI’s

Own the online consumer journey, identifying/defining specific consumer needs, overcoming roadblocks, and executing programs that push for deeper engagement, increased retention, new consumers, and revenue

Measure and report on growth KPIs to find and act on opportunities to improve

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager with a proven ability leveraging performance data to identify optimization opportunities. You should have a deep understanding of data analysis and a strategic approach to achieving goals. You should also be collaborative, organized, and thoughtful, with a knack for thriving in tech-driven, fast-paced environments. You are a strategic, agile marketer with a proven track record in optimizing on-site conversion rates.

Qualifications

5+ years of digital / ecommerce experience and proven track record of establishing and leading performance marketing and site/merchandising teams

A strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B testing, website analytics and the UX conversion strategies & tactics that help drive performance and insights

Experience and familiarity with web analytics and testing tools (Google Analytics, Optimize, Optimizely, etc.)

Experience in zero-to-one product launches and early-stage startups.

Data driven, quantitative and analytical thinker, technical self-starter with the ability to process and understand data while also finding ways to use this information creatively

Have prior experience working at a high-growth startup and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
