Job Description:

Blue Print Out is looking for an organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing events from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that each event is executed smoothly and successfully. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating memorable experiences.Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.Work with clients to understand their event needs and goals.Ensure all event details are executed according to client expectations.Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost efficiency.Oversee event setup, coordination, and breakdown.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless event operations.Resolve any issues that may arise during events to ensure a smooth experience.Provide post-event follow-up and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
