We have an exciting opportunity in our Philadelphia office with Macquarie Asset Management for a senior resource leading the Financial Planning & Analysis function for Equities & Multi-Asset, Strategic Solutions as well as our Client Solutions Group. In this role, you will enjoy a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with senior-level management across a wide variety of business activities. It requires a positive, confident, and proactive approach, as well as exceptional time management skills. The ability to manage high priority, concurrent tasks is essential.This role that will report directly to the Global Head of Business Finance. This role is highly strategic in nature and includes end-to-end responsibility for all business finance needs including consolidated reporting, budgets/ forecasts/ strategic financials, M&A due diligence and target operating model review, compensation analytics, cost analysis and other aspects of business management. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibilityIn this role, you will advise and support senior leadership, including the Global Head of Business Finance and business and functional heads. You will drive P&L ownership with cross-functional teams, lead efficient budgeting and forecasting processes, and develop strategic and financial analyses for growth and investment opportunities. You will own financial modeling tools and processes for annual multi-year budgets and forecasts, and drive transformation of existing processes through automation. Additionally, collaborating with Macquarie Asset Management FP&A, controllership, tax, and other areas, you will ensure efficient and transparent processes, and support corporate development with timely analysis and integration of new capabilities.What you offer

Advanced degree or certification preferred (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA)15+ years of professional experience, with 10-15 years of experience in financial and business reporting and analysis in global financial services, preferably in asset management

Demonstrated ability to design and implement new, innovative, and impactful process transformation and executive level analysis in the context of the financial services industry

Strong sense of ownership for delivering excellent results; track record of demonstrating persistence in pursuing goals despite obstacles and setbacks; commitment to continuous improvement

Advance business intelligence capabilities - develop new analyses and reporting to more effectively communicate financial and strategic position to Macquarie leadership. Institutionalize processes to ensure reporting can be regularly repeatable. Oversee production process and seek continual improvement

Competitor / industry intelligence to support financial benchmarking analysis and evaluation of M&A prospects and new product opportunities.
