Do not miss out on this chance to make a difference - apply now and take the first step towards a rewarding career!DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Human Services Program Representative 1, you will be responsible for reviewing, coordinating, administrating, and analyzing the Adult Autism Waiver program, including on-site assessment, compliance with regulations, and preparing reports of the findings. You will monitor service coordinators, service providers, and the waiver participants to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and assurances. In addition, you will review and approve participants plans and requested exceptions, develop training and presentations, and offer recommendations on new or changing policies. In this role, you will have an opportunity to support the bureau's mission of developing and managing services and supports to enhance the quality of life of Pennsylvanians living with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and to support their families and caregivers.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. You will be required to work 1 day in the office a month. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Philadelphia.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:
