services.We’re looking for a passionate communicator to
provide internal, external and executive communications strategy and support
for JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business.CRE provides property owners, developers and
investors with the financial resources they need for real estate investments
large and small. This includes multifamily lending, commercial mortgage
lending, community development, real estate banking and treasury services.We’re seeking a creative, knowledgeable and
agile communicator to keep our internal and external audiences informed and
engaged on all things CRE. This communicator will plan and execute a holistic
internal and external communications strategy, managing executive
communications, employee engagement, media relations, thought leadership and
social media. This role requires a self-starter who can plan and execute
projects strategically, efficiently and innovatively. Being an excellent storyteller,
writer and creative thinker with a can-do attitude are also necessary
attributes for this role.Responsibilities :· Work closely with the CRE Management Team
and the business on their strategic communications needs, including
internal/external announcements, executive messages, presentations, town halls,
media relations, social media and thought leadership· Execute surround-sound communications
campaigns to showcase CRE’s initiatives· Identify key milestones to celebrate
internally and externally, generating excitement and awareness around important
initiatives and drive engagement· Oversee newsletters and intranet sites to
keep employees informed and engaged· Write, edit and maintain quality control
of various content· Use multimedia to share stories (e.g., infographics,
videos, podcasts)Qualifications :
10+years of experience in communications
Outstandingwriting and editing skills
Ability to identify, tell and sharegreat stories
Basic understanding of the financialservices industry
Outstanding attention to detail
Abilityto navigate complex organizations
High level of independence, energy andintegrity; demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, andaccepts accountability and responsibility
Ability to effectively advise, partnerand collaborate with executive team members and peers in order to execute onassignments
Excellent organizational skills with theability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment
Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;Additional software skills (e.g., Photoshop, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
Act as a team player and be willing tocollaborate and contribute on both a strategic and tactical level
