Focusing on Internal Audit, Internal Controls and Regulatory Compliance. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.Note: this is a hybrid role, which would require an occasional travel/commute to either an EA office or a client site.

What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutionsWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundationShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workNumerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) effortsWhat Work You Will be Responsible For:Oversee internal audit and risk management engagements within the Risk and Compliance Services practiceProject manage SOX 404 engagements including conducting walkthroughs, designing and leading internal control testing with periodic status updates to client's managementPrepare scoping and risk assessments or Internal Audit universe using a risk base methodologyPrepare Audit Committee presentations and attend Audit Committee meetings, when necessaryLead other types of consulting engagements such as Internal Audit Co-Sourcing/Outsourcing, SOX Management Assist, Risk Assessments, Segregation of Duties Reviews, Internal Controls Reviews, and Special Projects as necessaryMaintain client relationship and tailor the engagement to meet the client's needs and expectationDemonstrate and apply multi-tasking skills, teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and servicesMaintain overall responsibility for the profitability of engagements within their client portfolio, track budget to actual resultsManage multiple client engagements simultaneously, while also working on internal initiatives and proposal opportunitiesSupervise, train, and mentor staff and seniorsSeek and offers developmental feedback; provide positive as well as constructive feedback on an ongoing basis in real time, both verbal and writtenDemonstrate knowledge and experience through ability to identify and solve issues with the client and PartnerReview work from both big picture and detail perspectives, and work product requires little to no updates from senior colleagues after submissionTake full ownership of the client relationship, beyond the lifecycle of the current projectAnticipate changing demands for resources and staffing, removing barriers when necessaryProactively discuss business issues/ideas to build external networkLead creation of external and internal 'thought leadership' content to raise firm visibility

Basic Qualifications:Professional Certification, such as CIA or CPA requiredBachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Auditing, or Related Field) required5+ years working in internal audit, consulting, advisory services, o a related field, either in professional services or industry3+ years management experience
