Support EnergySense team in researching and selecting vendors for programs
Create and update new protocols for EnergySense rebate programs
Review of EnergySense and Home Comfort Weatherization program opportunities
Research best practices
Compilation of program materials
Program marketing and participation
Data Analysis:
Low income weatherization program activity data analysis, analysis of energy efficiency measures
Philadelphia demographics & PGW customer data to inform targeted marketing
Marketing/Communications:
Assistance in development of communication materials
Analyze data from recent marketing campaigns to identify trends and inform strategy
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys by phone
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college; pursuing a graduate degree preferred;
Have a sophomore classification or above;
Be in good academic standing;
Proficient with MS Office; with an emphasis in MS Excel
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
