The Information Technology (IT) Technician Intern for the Department of Planning and Development will assist in imaging and deployment of new computers.Essential Functions
The essential functions for this internship include:-Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
-Knowledge about installation/upgrade of Windows computers.
-Troubleshooting and problem-solving hardware and software issues.Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities-Knowledge about installing and updating Windows operating systems.
-Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
-Resourcefulness in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
-Basic hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
-Attention to detail.
