Position Summary
Performs a variety of maintenance and minor repair duties for our Corporate Office and other administrative offices to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for co-workers and visitors.
Essential Duties and Functions
Maintains and distributes various paper goods, refreshments, cleaning products, and office supplies for the kitchens, break areas, and restrooms.
Maintains conference rooms for meetings and trainings.
Painting, minor plumbing, landscaping, snow removal, other minor repair and maintenance activities.
Assists in keeping Central Office vehicles properly serviced, safe, and clean.
Assists staff in storing and retrieving records, files, and furniture.
Moves and assembles office furniture.
On-call for emergencies and security monitoring.
Qualifications
GED/HS diploma.
3-5 years' related work experience.Requirements

Heavy: exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Reporting Relationships
Direct Supervisor: Facilities ManagerRHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts.
