You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our AI-powered products in the growth and marketing domains. You will be responsible for guiding the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring that our AI solutions meet the business needs, achieve business objectives, and maintain a competitive edge. This role demands a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for AI-driven solutions in the Growth and Marketing domains, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Product Roadmap: Create and manage a clear and dynamic product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and strategic priorities.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence in the AI landscape.

Requirements Gathering: Collect and refine product requirements by engaging with stakeholders and end-users to understand their needs and pain points.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Data Management, Go-To-Market (GTM), Customer Experience, Analytics, Reporting, and Measurement, to ensure the successful development and delivery of AI products.

Product Development: Oversee the AIML delivery process as the accountable Project Lead, acting as the voice of the business and ensuring that the product meets high-quality standards.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the development process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product launches.

Compliance and Ethics: Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that AI products comply with ethical and legal guidelines, addressing potential biases and privacy concerns.

Product Launch: Work with the cross-functional team to plan and execute successful product launches, including trial GTM strategies, experimental design, training, and production support.

Other Competencies:

Highly organized and demonstrated experience defining and implementing business processes.

Excellent stakeholder and people skills; can keep a close pulse on the strategic priorities and align the product strategy to meet the broader Xfinity goals.

Strong business acumen and can make judgements on what is a high vs. low business priority.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in AI and machine learning products.

Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Excellent communication and presentation skills: the candidate should feel equally at ease delivering project updates and articulating product visions to senior executives as well as conveying technical specifications to a team of developers.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.

Knowledge of ethical AI principles and compliance considerations is a plus.

Proven record of successful product launches and product management.

Some proficiency with SQL, but not required.

Experience in marketing or telecommunications industry preferred.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience with marketing, personalization, and campaign technologies ideally in a telecommunications space

5+ years of experience with business analysis, capturing business requirements, and the software delivery lifecycle.
