Then we'd like to talk to you about the positions in our first-class production facility! PRINTFLY IS LOOKING FOR MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS FOR OUR DIGITAL PRINTING DEPARTMENT– IMMEDIATE OPENINGS! AVAILABLE SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY EVENING SHIFTRESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring that preventive maintenance is performed on each piece of our digital printing equipment
Assist in the setup of new equipment
Troubleshoot and repair digital printers
Troubleshoot print quality issues and determine best course of correction.
Work with the Supervisor to develop and maintain a variety of tracking and data collection systems, including vendor outstanding maintenance issue logs, consumable and parts usage inventory, printer downtime reports, service call response logs, etc.
Document all repairs
Receive all printer preventive maintenance consumables.
Report any and all inappropriate use of equipment to the Supervisor. ·
Comply with company rules and regulations
Must have the ability to work additional hours when needed
REQUIREMENTS
Computer skills are a MUST
General knowledge of ink jet printers
Car mechanics are encouraged to apply
Mechanical skills
Knowledge of tools
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interface with executive, office and production staff
Ability to work overtime when asked or needed to accomplish production goals
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Ability to pays attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or GED
