Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mission Accelerator Systems Engineer (Lead Integrator) to support Boeing Global Services in either Philadelphia, PA; Colorado Springs, CO or Oklahoma City, OK . Come join us as lead integrator for a growing suite of Boeing Mission Accelerator digital analytics products supporting our rotatory platforms. The ability to work well with large groups of diverse stakeholders will be pivotal. Extracting key requirements from those stakeholders and translating them into actionable engineering tasks will be central to the role as well.Position Responsibilities:

Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.

Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.

Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.

Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.

Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.

Resolves cross-functional technical issues.

This is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

Experience in Aviation Health Management

Experience in Systems Engineering

Experience in software development

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate Level 2)

3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-Level Level 3)

Advanced Degree in an Engineering Discipline or related technical field

Experience with SAFE Agile product management

Experience of working within a multinational matrix management environment / structure and a large-scale, sophisticated international organization

Experience with collaboration tools Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence

Typical Education/ Experience:Associate (Level 2)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Mid-Level (Level 3)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
