We are seeking residents of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, and Philadelphia to serve as Jurors for a focus group to be held on Monday and Tuesday, December 9 and 10, 2024.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Adult residents of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, ages 18-70.
Date of Mock Trial: Monday and Tuesday, December 9 and 10, 2024.
The hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with 1 hour lunch break) each day.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST BE a U.S. Citizen
MUST BE a Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, and Philadelphia for a minimum of 1 year.
MUST BE 18 years of age or older
MUST HAVE a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license or Pennsylvania State I.D. showing a Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, and Philadelphia County address.
MUST SPEAK, READ & WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY
MUST BE ABLE to sit for extended periods, watch and listen to presentations on a screen, take notes on paper, and complete forms on an iPad.
MUST HAVE a minimum High School Diploma, persons with college degrees are encouraged to participate

Compensation: $480 for regular jurors paid in cash at the end of the session (Note: Panelists must stay for the entire session, respectively, to receive compensation.)
