Do not hesitate to click the apply button today and put your talents to the test!As an Office Coordinator your responsibilities will include but aren't limited too: Accurately process advanced administrative tasks including call triage, coordination, and scheduling. Handle complex patient services, such as scheduling appointments, managing check-outs, sending documentation, and liaising with the appropriate stakeholders. Offer responses to intricate inquiries and provide assistance to stakeholders following established procedures. Oversee the management of records, including charts, files, and correspondence in accordance with procedures. Contribute to the upkeep of systems, procedures, and methods for record-keeping and reporting. Administer the scheduling and provide administrative backing for meetings, interviews, committees, conferences, and calendars. Prepare various materials such as presentations, letters, reports, memoranda, and other related materials. Supervise the department's office supplies. Provide assistance with the process of bringing new team members on board and support employees, including timekeeping. Execute other duties and administrative support projects as required.Requirements The ideal Office Coordinator will have: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in handling office functions and administrative tasks Ability to manage documentation and reporting tasks accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and adept at creating spreadsheets Familiarity with office procedures and protocols Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars Knowledge of materials handling procedures within a healthcare setting Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint Experience in scheduling tasks and supervising staff Ability to manage correspondence effectively Understanding of regulations within the Healthcare industry Experience in calendar management Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders Familiarity with clinical trial operations Proficiency in using different methods for task completion Excellent time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters Experience in providing administrative assistance Skills in creating charts and graphs for presentations Experience in managing conference calls Knowledge of protocols within the Healthcare industry.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
