Shaping and Delivering technology solutions with a focus on manufacturing and quality;

Understanding of data and integrations between manufacturing and quality applications; and,

Having thorough knowledge of manufacturing technology and quality systems (e.g., MES, LIMS, QMS).

Preferred Qualifications :Preferred Fields of Study :Biology, Epidemiology, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & AccountingPreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a Tech Delivery Leader in pharmaceutical life sciences, including experience with the following:

Having extensive level of knowledge about manufacturing and quality technologies, with expertise in delivering technology solutions in these areas;

Demonstrating knowledge and ability to blend business and technical capabilities; and,

Having extensive knowledge of ISA 95 framework and technical architecture connecting L3 applications (e.g. MES) with Level 1/2 applications (PLCs, SCADA);

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

Understanding and aligning technology solutions with business goals;

Having proven abilities to communicate with and manage stakeholders;

Ability to critically evaluate data challenges for reporting and governance; and,

Demonstrating willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

Leading the delivery of technology solutions for our PLS division, with a focus on manufacturing and quality;

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;

Managing the end-to-end delivery process, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management;

Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and outcomes; and,

Mentoring and developing team members to assess high performance and growth opportunities.
