This position is based in Philadelphia, PA.Essential Responsibilities:Lead fully functioning broadcast portfolio of TV stations and RSN, comprised of News, Content, Live production, Sales, Promotions, Technology and other support functions.Design and deliver a competitive ratings and revenue growth strategy in the marketplace which leverages the best of the core business and optimizes opportunities across new media platformsManage business P&Ls to meet challenging goals for Revenue, Cost, Quality & GrowthBuild and maintain strong relationships with team partnersManage an operational team of 300 employees across a diverse spectrum of professions and specialtiesEstablish close partnerships with customers, advertisers, labor unions and content suppliersBuild & maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders in the local communitySupport and maintain the journalism standards expected at an owned NBCU Television station Identify opportunities to grow multi-platform content and distribution capabilities
