The Procurement Manager for Tech Procurement is accountable for all sourcing and contract management across their assigned category(ies).

Conducting sourcing events within the categories

Contracting for master/service/product agreements within the categories

Management of supplier relationships that fall outside of the enterprise SRM structure for these categories

Effective negotiation with Tech Suppliers

Management of internal stakeholders

Ensuring appropriate BI and Analytics is maintained for the Tech Procurement Category

What’s Needed?

Bachelors (required) in Business, Technology or Supply Chain, MS (preferred)

Min of 3 - 5 years of procurement experience specifically working with global providers of software, and IT services

Pharmaceutical industry experience in a BONUS

Experience negotiating data licenses and subscriptions
