Their job duties include:Developing and implementing product strategies consistent with company vision.Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.Working with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.Leading product managers and coordinating cross-functional teams.Ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.Making creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision.Suggesting ways to track product use and impact on end-users.The Product Director should possess a combination of technical, business, and leadership skills. Some of the key skills required for this role include:Strategic thinking and vision: ability to develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's goals.Leadership and team management: ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.Analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Communication and interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and team members.Technical knowledge: understanding of the technical aspects of the M365 product and the ability to work closely with the engineering and development team.Why You?Basic Qualifications:12+ years of experience in End User Product Management / Leadership (Microsoft 365 / MS Office, SharePoint, Teams etc.)Technology background with hands on engineering experience.Knowledge of AI technology i.e. Gen AI, CO-Pilot etc.10+ experience of leading Product teams.Preferred Qualifications:Awareness of Cloud security and Azure cloud.Awareness of Meeting / Room servicesPharmaceutical industry experience preferred; not mandatory.#LI-GSK
