FIS Modern Banking Platform has multiple data integrations with client reporting solutions and ancillaries. A product manager with knowledge of data, analytics and interfaces is critical to better define the data, tooling and methodology to enable better client outcomes.Completes business scope documents and defines epics/features based on user personasManages vendor relationships key to product deliveryCollaborates with vendor support managers for oversight and maintenanceCoordinates and facilitates pilot activities acting as primary contact with client/vendor, securing pilot agreement and monitoring progress.Acts as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution.Works closely with development teams and architecture to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources.Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional mannerAbility to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasksAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional mannerClient relationship management skills, understanding and focusing on clients’ needs, establishing credibility and building positive, professional, relationships with clientsRequires strong time management skills, attention to detail and must be resourcefulReceives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how best to resources to meet schedules and goals.
