Description We are in search of a dedicated Product Manager I (Contractor) to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying product requirements and overseeing them from their initial concept to delivery. This position involves coordinating with various organizations and cross-functional teams and requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.This is a remote, long-term opportunity offering regular working hours of 9am to 5pm EST.In this role, you will be supporting a tool used by technicians at plants and coordinating with solution design teams, UX teams, Dev teams, and testers to gather and review business requirements and oversee the launch of features.While previous job titles do not matter, a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), UX, Solution Design groups, UAT, and exposure to Figma and Jira would be beneficial to succeed in this role.Requirements Candidate Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in product management.
Deep understanding of SDLC and its different phases.
Proven work experience with UX, Solution Design groups, and UAT.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
Ability to translate complex concepts and requirements into actionable plans.
Proven experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Understanding of the complete product development lifecycle.
Prior experience with project management tools and methodologies.
