We have an exciting opportunity out of thePhiladelphia, PA officefor aSenior Project Controls Specialist, as a part of the Centers of Excellence division,toperform project controls duties under the direct supervision of the Engineer of Construction for the ongoing including but not limited to the following:Administration of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)Reviewing contractor and vendor pay applications and invoices.Preparation, processing, and progress tracking of change orders for extra work.Tracking and distribution of all construction contract authorizations.Review and processing of contractor prepared payment applications and all diversity and inclusion plans and achievement reporting.Implementation and compliance with all current client procedures and requirements.Preparation and distribution of all documentation: correspondence, forms, distribution of meeting minutes, etc.Maintenance of all project and contract files.Data entry related to all of the above.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field from an accredited College or University.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Contract Specialist, Office Engineer, or related.Ability to communicate orally and electronically in a professionalPrior aviation experience is preferred but not required.Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint, SAP is desirable.Compensation Range:$109,063.00 - $145,418.00Don't meet every single requirement?
