In this position, you will oversee the comprehensive nursing care and related services provided for our residents, supervise the nursing staff on assigned units, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a therapeutic environment that prioritizes rehabilitative, restorative, skilled, supportive, and palliative nursing care. Full-time employment, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Work hours are 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM), rotating weekends and holidays with a 30-minute lunch.
Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Three years as a Registered Nurse (commonwealth title); or
Four years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness and/or a developmental disability.Special Requirements:
This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
If you possess an active temporary practice permit, you must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.Other Requirements:
PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
You must be able to perform essential job functions.Legal Requirements:
A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
