This Position is Contingent on Contract Award. This position is in support of a proposed repatriation initiative.  The purpose of the facilities is to provide comprehensive care for migrant individuals who are awaiting reunification or repatriation.  This care will begin as soon as each occupant arrives at the facility and will last until their arranged departure. The comprehensive care includes but is not limited to initial screening and exams, identifications of prior conditions and allergies, day to day care of routine, urgent and emergent medical conditions.     International SOS is looking for an individual to perform tasks related to planning, creating, and executing test administration, learning management, customized subject matter Human Trafficking training and educational courses.Key Responsibilities:Work with various departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions. Create and implement training programs that are delivered via instructor-led, web-based or computer application systems. Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare staff. Assess the effectiveness of training programs though surveys, feedback and performance evaluations. Develop and maintain training materials with current regulations, policies and best practices. Ensure training programs meet national accreditation standards and comply with government regulations. Develop and maintain training databases. Conduct one on one online training. Perform administrative training tasks. Participate in meetings and committees and make presentations as required.  This list is non-exhaustive, and the role holder may be required to undertake additional duties that are not specifically listed above.
