Are you living your life's work?Position Description :The Department of Regulatory and Compliance at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center has a full-time opening for a Regulatory and Accreditation Coordinator.Under the direction of the Director of Regulatory and Accreditation Matters, the Regulatory and Accreditation Coordinator's primary function will be to assist the director in ensuring that Penn Presbyterian Medical Center remains regulatory compliant and survey ready by ensuring that all organizational and departmental regulatory activities are planned and organized to find and improve areas of vulnerability.Minimum Requirements :Please apply if you possess these qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field required; a minimum of two (2) years healthcare preferably in Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation standards and with experience in quality with green belt preferred.Must have strong communications skills to include excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and be able to interact with all levels of personnel throughout the Hospital. Will be required to analyze data and processes and clearly communicate results and recommendations to key stakeholders. Must be a self-motivated and able to multi-task and manage rapidly changing priorities.
