Our people, technology and best practices improve and automate highly complex business processes middle and back offices- while facilitating customer experience transformation.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal/Attorney to function as a Legal Cost Analyst to review legal invoices in the Legal Solutions Suite (LSS) to ascertain compliance with our customers’ Legal Billing Guidelines.Essential Job Functions:

Request and review documentation from the law firms and review appeals from the firms on our decisions.

Act as the liaison between our customers, typically Property and Casualty Insurance Carriers, and their law firms.

Achieve weekly and monthly goals regarding the number and dollar amount of the law firm invoices that they must review.

Become proficient in the analysis of one customer’s legal spend and then expand to include

Basic Qualifications:

Paralegal Certificate and/or JD from ABA accredited University.

Zero to 3 years’ experience working in a law firm.

Familiarity with the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry in the United States.

Other Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions effectively.

Attention to detail and ability to accurately enter customer information.

Familiarity with insurance industry practices and procedures.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Work environment:

The position is fully remote within the United States of America.
