The research coordinator position involves coordinating a study using financial incentives to increase the purchases of fruits and vegetables in supermarkets and activities as part of the UPenn Prevention Research Center (UPenn PRC). Responsibilities specific to the fruit and vegetable incentive study include assisting the Senior Research Coordinator with managing participant recruitment and tracking, implementing intervention strategies, collecting baseline and follow-up data from participants, monitoring project timelines, data entry/management, and assisting the principal investigator as needed. Responsibilities for the UPenn PRC include providing day-to-day routine management and coordination of UPenn PRC activities. This position is contingent on funding.Manage survey data collection procedures including participant recruitment, obtaining informed consent, and participant tracking.Implement intervention strategies, including working with collaborators and contractors to ensure that participants receive the financial incentives. Provide technical assistance to participants using the mobile app/Healthy Savings card.Assist with data entry, data cleaning, data management, and preliminary data analysis.Provide day-to-day routine management and coordination of UPenn PRC activities.Qualifications:Candidate should be organized and have ability to multi-task. BA/BS in a social science discipline and 1-2 years experience or equivalent combination of years and experience required.
