Manages an existing sustained customer base with a minimum sustained territory size of $10 million up to $20 million. Territory will include transactional and strategic accounts.

Generates a minimum of 15% new profitable sales each fiscal year.

Spends at least 50% of time focusing on growth through new & existing customers via new and existing products.

Manages time and territory in conjunction with manager on a bi-weekly basis.

Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SALES SPECIALIST

Travel within territory of Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan required.

High School Diploma required. Four-year college degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.

3 to 5 years of sales/relationship management experience.

Customer Focused. Experience responding to customers and investigates with assistance from others as needed.

Strong goal and results orientation.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Aware of costs and assists in controlling costs related to own work.

Knowledge of product offerings, product functionality, and applications.
