Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a Salesforce Application Administrator to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for their newly executed CRM platform. This is a permanent role with a well-known company. Our client will also accept candidates who are interested in working in their Wilmington, DE location.

Position Description:


  • Configuration, support, maintenance, and improvements of CRM platform

  • Work with business units to understand needs, make enhancements, create processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities using Financial Cloud Services

  • Resolve end-user issues

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards

  • Mentor administrators and BA's




Required Skills:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Application Administrator

  • Experience working in banking or financial services industry

  • Experience with nCino or similar loan origination platform

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightening

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • Experience with integrating data from other solutions into Salesforce via API






Bonus Skills:


  • Experience leading/managing Salesforce team

  • Experience with integrating data from other solutions into Salesforce via API

  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud

Required Skills & Abilities:  Demonstrated computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs, including MS Word and advanced MS Excel functions.  Demonstrated knowledge of grant proposal applications for varied funding agencies.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with a diverse constituent population.  Demonstrated organizational skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and process large amounts of information.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment. Preferred: Contracting experience within a higher education or hospital setting.
