The Account Director, Market Access leads client relationships and supports managed markets marketing across healthcare accounts. This role partners with clients and internal cross-functional teams to guide brand development, strategic planning, scope execution, and account profitability. The Account Director also supports team development, new business opportunities, and high-quality delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.What You’ll DoLead client relationships across healthcare brands, including day-to-day partnership, strategic alignment, and account stewardship.Guide cross-functional teams through managed markets deliverables, including value briefs, project briefs, tactical plans, and client presentations.Guide scope development, project prioritization, timelines, and account profitability in partnership with internal stakeholders.Apply managed markets, pharmaceutical marketing, and brand strategy knowledge to support print, digital, and social deliverables.Partner with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development.
