We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong change management, process and finance expertise to help integrate and harmonize two distinct business unit finance functions into a single, unified operating model. This role blends business analysis, process optimization, and change management to align people, processes, and technology across the finance organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive work within project teams and with stakeholders from both business units to ensure requirements for integration are understood, documented, and delivered.Partner with finance leadership to consolidate and optimize finance processes (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, compliance), ensuring consistency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in the combined organization.Analyze differences in current-state processes, design a harmonized future-state operating model, and support organizational design activities to clarify roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures in the new finance function.Support change management activities, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and training, to help teams adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working.Use Business Analyst tools & techniques to capture information needs and functional requirements that enable seamless integration.Proactively communicate and collaborate across both business units, technology teams, and external partners to foster alignment and buy-in.Research, analyze, recommend, and help deploy ERP finance solutions that enable standardization and scalability across the unified function.Apply a structured, data-driven approach to measure integration progress, track benefits, and resolve challenges.Simplify complex issues and present analyses that emphasize business value, harmonization, and long-term sustainability.Contribute to firm-wide initiatives such as business development, people development, recruiting, marketing, and culture.
