As the Senior Manager of Commercial Insights at Clario, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy by providing actionable insights derived from market analysis, customer data, and industry trends. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Commercial Finance, you will lead a team responsible for managing the CRM system and generating insights that drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize business operations.

Commercial Data & Insights

Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and finance teams to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to extract, manipulate, and visualize data, transforming complex datasets into clear and compelling insights.

Identify and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and provide ongoing performance monitoring and optimization.

Build analytical insight across the dimensions of customer segments, products, and markets to find the right balance of trade.

Design and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Partner with executive leadership to prepare Board and other investor related materials and presentations.

Collaborate and work with FP&A and Accounting teams to provide accurate inputs and insights to support month-end close, monthly reporting, budget, and forecasting cycles.

Support broader organization through ad hoc projects and analysis and provide insightful analytics to highlight risks and opportunities.SalesForce

Manage and optimize the sales CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and pipeline management.

Create and maintain sales enablement resources, including sales playbooks, training materials, and tools.

Conduct regular sales performance reviews and analysis to identify coaching and training needs for the sales team.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience.General

Provide leadership and mentorship to the commercial insights team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Navigate and build relationships with key stakeholders within sales, product, finance, and other functional teams. Be a team player, and a positive influence on others.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Qualifications:

Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM, including customization, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Assess challenging situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, make recommendations, and drive to problem resolution.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract insights from complex datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.

Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on driving results, fostering innovation, and promoting a collaborative culture.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful commercial insights initiatives that drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or ITIL Certification a plus

Proficiency in use of business intelligence ools

Demonstrated ability to apply complex statistical methods, forecasting, or other quantitative research methods, particularly for projects involving analysis of large data sets.

Demonstrated experience in planning, execution, and supervision of projects.

Advanced aptitude in MS Suite of Products - MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Proficiency in training and training documentation.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in given areas of responsibility.

Listens to and accepts input from other team members, actively applying feedback to daily work whilst continually striving to improve performance.

Appreciates each team member's contributions and values each individual team member.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

High level of logical and analytical skills with a financial background.Experience:

10 or more years of experience in clinical trial industry in diverse disciplines preferred

7+ or more years of experience in analytics, lean and six sigma methods, leadership, with proven track record of success.
