Unit DescriptionSodexo Universities is growing.leading the change in Higher Education and Student Dining operations!.Sodexo is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Engagement) to join our team in providing nationwide field marketing support to our campus dining accounts. This manager interacts with internal team members, clients, and other campus stakeholders to create best-in-class student experiences. This person will have high visibility and should be comfortable presenting/speaking to all our internal and external partners, including C-suite clients.Candidates who are being considered will have a history of tactical marketing deployment , be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Teams), be a strategic thinker, flexible, a team player, and able to balance multiple units and priorities. Ideally, someone in this role will be highly energetic and comfortable working with college students, internal support teams, and executives. Experience with food service operations is also a plus, as well as experience influencing and training teams.This VIRTUAL position incorporates the perks of work-from-home status with approximately 60% travel to your area of support. It is REQUIRED that you reside within your designated territory with access to a major airport.Are You the One? The successful candidate:
Is responsible for successfully coaching and supporting multiple accounts to help them drive the “Student Experience” via the deployment of our crucial engagement initiatives throughout the year.
Works with colleagues and on-site stakeholders to develop and implement an annual marketing plan utilizing Sodexo systems, resources, and tools.
Implements and develop promotions and initiatives that drive engagement, brand value, and growth.
Reviews and analyzes unit information, consumer insights, and trends to identify opportunities and actionable items.
Forges collaborative relationships with operations teams and clients.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a team environment that drives engagement and positive outcomes.
Communicates at a high level. Has the ability to gather content, create and deliver professional presentations and reports, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to “read the room.”
Has a bias for action. Does not wait to develop solutions, but proactively addresses engagement and experience opportunities.
