Description Robert Half is working with a thriving company to find a skilled Senior Project Analyst. In this Senior Project Analyst role, you will provide guidance to the project management team to ensure appropriate delivery of contractual business obligations in the areas of Contracting, Cash Management, Subcontract Management, Change Management, Cost Management and Financial Controls. This Senior Project Analyst role will provide critical financial leadership and project controls oversight throughout the project lifecycle. This Senior Project Analyst role, which is located in Philadelphia, is a permanent employment opportunity.What you get to do every day:

Directs and participates in the development and initial build of project fee proposals, financial burn/revenue analysis, project labor forecasts, cash flow forecasts.

Assists, coordinates and/or has oversight of development of project schedule and coordinates preparation and analysis of schedule baseline, progress schedule reporting, specialty schedules, schedule analysis, and other compliance related requirements.

Identifies trends and deviations and recommends solutions or recovery plans for multiple financial scenarios related to project performance.

Coordinates project specific month-end reporting and revenue recognition activities.

Requirements

The ideal Senior Project Analyst candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction or relevant degree. PMI Certification, Other Contracting/Project Management Certifications required.Other requirements for the Senior Project Analyst position include and are not limited to:

7+ years financial experience in Engineering, Architecture, and Contractor project financial controls

Architecture/Engineering industry experience required

Knowledge of Accounting/Financial Principles and Practices

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and BST 10 project software

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Ability to think strategically
