As our SVP, Product Management you will be responsible for understanding market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field. You will direct and oversee all aspects of product life cycle management that meet market and user requirements and that facilitate rapid development and implementation of new products and enhancements. You will manage the strategic product roadmap, product development, and product launch. You will play a key product technical role in supporting the Commercial and Sales teams to win over customers and other stakeholders.The ideal candidate for this role has acquired the business acumen and leadership experience to become a key member of the leadership team. They have a strong reputation in the industry and can serve as a strong subject matter expert for the company. Responsibilities:Build and lead a team of high performing product managers, helping to develop their craft and career paths.Continuously improve Company’s product management team’s impact and productivity, building a culture of excellence.Working in close collaboration with the Commercial team, develop and lead a data-driven process to identify, prioritize, and evaluate product initiatives and build our product roadmap.Maintain the product roadmap, and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the company.
