Our customers use our tools to push the boundaries of technology and physics to deliver better products in the increasingly complex world of chip, board, and system design.We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to develop, grow, and close sales campaigns across the Siemens EDA portfolio at multiple accounts. In this role, you will serve as the end-to-end owner of a set of account relationships in [territory/region], establishing and cultivating strong customer relationships and ultimately driving Siemens EDA software, services, and hardware sales to meet revenue targets. You will manage prospecting and lead generation activities for their territory; build and implement growth plans across multiple technologies; and develop, grow, and close sales campaigns—and while building and leading a cross-functional internal network to realize account objectives.Key responsibilities include:Customer Relationship Management

Leading senior/executive leadership relationships for a territory/set of accounts

Identifying key customer projects and decision-makers, engaging with customers at various levels to understand customer infrastructure and hierarchy

Account Planning

Managing prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification activities for the assigned territory; may be supported by less experienced Account Managers

Uncovering customer desired objectives, the obstacles to their success, and the cost of inaction

Formulating solutions to meet customer requirements; developing proposals and presenting a set of technologies and/or services that address the customer’s needs

Building and implementing growth plans across multiple technologies; developing, growing, and closing sales campaigns at multiple accounts

Working closely with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements; negotiating and closing win/win transactions independently

Negotiating key legal terms and conditions

Cross-Functional Team Management

Collaborating with the field technical team and customer to drive adoption

Leading delivery and deployment of solutions to customer satisfaction

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

Ability to articulate high-level value statements for the full portfolio of Siemens EDA products and solutions and build and implement growth plans across multiple technologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including outstanding oral and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, including C-Level executives.

Superior leadership skills with the ability to attract, engage, motivate, develop, and inspire, proven success leading partnerships and collaboration across a complex, global enterprise account.

Ability to develop customer relationships at the executive level and lead and leverage a broad network across the customer/account base.

Transform the EverydayThe total cash compensation range for this position is $185,700 to $371,400 with 40% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
