DescriptionAn expanding medical facility in the Chester area is searching for a success-driven Staff Accountant to join their team. As Staff Accountant, you will work to produce cash flow projections, financial statements, and budgets.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Prepare journal entries
Manage monthly and year-end closings
Maintain fixed asset and general ledger reconciliation
Promote the development and implementation of accounting policies
Participate in compliance
Manage many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close
Review schedules for the reporting processes
Work alongside our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits
RequirementsThe ideal Staff Accountant is detail oriented, flexible, and highly organized. We are seeking a problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The position requirements include:
BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Current and relevant ERP system experience
Accounting experience
General Ledger experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in spreadsheets and databases
