The RoleIntegriChain is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the company’s growing commercial, product, and regulatory needs. This role will work closely with our Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across a range of issues.Reports to SVP, Legal.The ideal candidate brings a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAsAdvise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance considerations associated with business operationsSupport privacy, data security, and information governance initiatives, including incident responsePartner with product and engineering teams on legal issues related to data use, analytics, AI, and platform functionalityAssist with corporate governance and internal policiesSupport dispute resolution, audits, and investigations
