You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive product development. Your expertise in product management and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate and implement product plans that align with company goals.Responsibilities

Aligning the team to ensure customer needs are met.

Interacting frequently with internal/external customers and have a solid understanding of customer use cases.

Understanding competitors and regulatory environment to inform product decisions and roadmap.

Generating new ideas and innovations by analyzing product data for insights.

Defining and evaluate product hypotheses in a quantitative manner, such as A/B testing.

Coordinating with external teams to develop launch plans and support marketing and sales.

Creating clear product development requirements/plans, conduct product-level opportunity assessment, and lead business case development.

Speaking knowledgeably with technical, content, and informatics counterparts regarding development activities and approaches.

Requirements

Possess extensive experience leading healthcare IT product management.

Be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of drug information solutions and pharmacist persona.

Be technically proficient: understand product decisions and communicate effectively with technical and data teams.

Be able to use software for managing product roadmaps and requirements.

Be able to Lead successful product lifecycle strategy and planning for multiple releases, with long-term ownership.

Assist others by communicating business context and providing clear instructions and direction.

Be willing to learn about new technologies to support new product development efforts.Experience

5+ years product management experience
