Staff Software Engineer

Description We are inviting applications for the role of Staff Software Engineer based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role revolves around developing services that facilitate ingestion, storage, and extraction of data in our ecosystem. The position involves designing and building applications and APIs that support data pipelines and enable internal teams to configure these pipelines. Responsibilities: Engage in the development of services that enable the efficient ingestion, storage, and extraction of data throughout the data ecosystem. Take the lead in designing and creating APIs that support our data pipelines. Develop applications that facilitate internal teams in the configuration of data pipelines. Play a key role in building tools that will orchestrate and automate data pipelines. Collaborate with a team of driven engineers, engaging in paired programming and code reviews. Work closely with key stakeholders to refine requirements and eliminate ambiguity. Design, discuss, implement, and ship solutions to support the healthcare insights economy. Collaborate with our product teams to understand the needs of our users and build software that addresses those needs. Continually improve the software development process through agile ceremonies. Act as a mentor to engineers and foster an environment of collaboration and learning. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Android Development Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for project management purposes Strong experience in Backend Development Ability to effectively track and resolve bugs Proficiency in C programming language Experience with AB Testing to optimize user experience Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management Strong knowledge and experience in API Development Proficiency in ASP.NET for web application development Strong skills in CSS for web styling and layout.
