Company culture is important to you, and you work to grow your relationships and share your ideas to create better processes and procedures.As Valuation Specialist, you will be focused on producing thorough reports, fostering relationships, and finding strong solutions for clients. Each day, you will promote and advocate for the Colliers' brand in the market, articulating our value to clients through superior customer service.In this role, you willExecute valuation and appraisal assignments for a deep and diverse client base including lenders (CMBS, life insurance companies, banking) and investors (REITs, pension funds, open and close end funds), real estate developers, family investors, higher education institutions, among others for a wide range of uses: financing, development feasibility, estate planning, eminent domain, market analysis, risk management, insurance purposes, portfolio management, tax assessments, and investment decisions.Communicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships. Demonstrate an ability to originate new client relationships.Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends.Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis clearly and concisely.What you'll bring2-3 years of related work experience. CRE experience/ background is required.Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license preferredBachelor's degree. Advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred.Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications#LI-LH1
