We’re looking for a skilled Professional Baker to join our team at The Iron Oven. This position is ideal for someone with passion, precision, and experience in baking high-quality bread and rolls.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare and bake our signature long rolls and brioche buns daily
Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality
Follow recipes and maintain baking standards in a fast-paced environment
Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
Schedule & Pay:
Starting pay: $20–$22/hr (based on experience)
Shifts start at 7:00 AM
Full-time position, steady hours
Overtime opportunities available
We contribute up to $150/month toward benefits
