We are a well-established, award-winning Distillery / now Coffee Roastery launching their 2nd high end Coffee Shop and Cocktail Bar concept in Chestnut Hill. Char & & Stave will offer specialty coffee in the morning and transition into a Whiskey / Coffee bar in the evening. The Chestnut Hill location will feature specialty coffee roasted by Char & Stave, classic espresso, tonics, new age techniques and Breakfast Cocktails.

We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, tea and specialty drinks. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should be able to work various shifts. Note: this position’s compensation includes hourly pay and tips. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.
