We are currently seeking Part-Time Servers & Baristas to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in related fields like take out/counter positions, and fast paced diner and café environments.
Shifts are 3-4 days a week with weekend availability a must.
Baristas are responsible for taking orders over the phone and in person, cash handling, making coffee and espresso drinks, expediting food orders, keeping front of house cleaned, organized, and stocked.
Servers are responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking detailed food and drink orders, anticipating and addressing guest needs, answering questions about the menu, processing payments, bussing & resetting tables, and keeping the dining room cleaned, stocked, and organized.
Barista pay starts at $9-$10/hr + tips, based on experience.
Servers receive a $45 shift pay + tips.
Candidates must be self motivated, able to multi-task, positive attitude, team player, and have great communication skills.
