An exciting new restaurant opening soon in Montgomery County, is seeking a visionary Chef. One who is hungry, an up and coming chef who is ready to go to the next level and spread their wings, leading a kitchen crew of their own. Launching in beginning of 2025, the concept will be an upscale casual Modern American Bar Restaurant with brick oven pizza, serving simple upscale creative dishes delivered on a timely basis. We will have a team of employees that will be there to assist in any way, team work is very important to us, you also will be required to cook on some days.
We are looking for a chef who thrives on creativity and culinary innovation. The ideal candidate will develop and oversee the menu, designing bold and dynamic trendy dishes. This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone to take their craft to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Creation: Develop a creative small menu centered around on today’s trends
- Kitchen Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations, including hiring and mentoring staff
- Focus on Presentation: Ensure each dish is beautifully presented, maintaining the restaurant’s high standards for both flavor and aesthetics.
- Team Building: Foster a positive, efficient kitchen environment, leading the team during high-volume service.
- High Standards: Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality across all kitchen operations.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
- Must maintain high personal hygiene standards.

Requirements:
Experience in a quality-driven kitchen
Experience in menu creation
Team-orientated and positive attitude
Strong communication skills
A deep passion for culinary innovation
Proficiency in Spanish a bonus
Strong leadership skills, capable of building and leading a kitchen team
Must be a Team Player
Candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience
