Cook Position – Compact Kitchen/Food Truck Experience Preferred
We are looking for cooks who have experience working efficiently within a small team. Ideal applicants will have experience on a cook line or in customer-facing preparation cooking, especially in compact, food truck-like work environments.
Job Description:
Work closely with a small team, sharing responsibilities across departments.
Maintain a neat and organized workstation.
Communicate concisely and expediently with team members.
Perform high-volume knife preparation and handle a fast-paced cook line.
Ensure consistency in performance with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Experience in compact or food truck kitchens is highly preferred.
Experience working at local or small businesses is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Philadelphia Food Safety Certificate holders will receive extra compensation.
Compensation:
$17.00 per hour plus tips (Guaranteed minimum of $19.00 per hour with tips).
Opportunity for increased earnings based on skills and the position filled.
