Lead Cook & Kitchen Manger needed at Main Line lunch site
We are looking for help at our sandwich bar in a friendly, creative and welcoming environment in which the right staff thrive. The requirements of the position are:
Perfectly executing a small menu of healthy, globally-inspired lunch options- sandwiches, soups and salads only
Developing recipes for new menu items
Hours: 10am-3pm - 5 days/week; some flexibility with hours possible after kitchen operations are well established
Familiarity w/ food safety & sanitization practices
Inventory organization, costing, management and order placing with suppliers
Training and management of prep staff
Ensuring a great customer experience with every order
