Job Duties
- answer phones through VOIP internet based phone system for incoming calls
- return voicemails and help customers
- take incoming leads and turn into scheduled estimates for our estimator scheduling anywhere from 15-25 in person estimates per week
- communicate with customers via phone calls, text messaging and emails primarily
- manage estimators schedule on a weekly basis ensuring efficiency
- follow up with estimates that estimator sent out and answering customers questions
- relationship driven position, creating relationships with customers remotely without seeing them in person, takes a special type of person to be able to do this effectively
- other duties not described above as needed

Part Time Role - 30 hours per week - Working Monday-Friday approx 9am-3pm - $20 per Hour - W2 Employee
