Position: Astra Lumina Event Staff
Duration: 3 months (Thursdays to Sundays, evening shifts)
Shift Time: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Overview:
Join the Astra Lumina team for an exciting outdoor event series in Philadelphia! We’re looking for dedicated individuals to assist with various event operations, including training, security, setup, and breakdown. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a magical experience that spans the next three months.
Training Details:
Date/Time: Training session starts at 3:00 PM (arrive promptly).
Location: Astra Lumina venue (details provided upon onboarding).

Venue walkthrough
Staff position-specific training
Security protocols
Setup and breakdown procedures
Requirements:
Comfortable working outdoors (dress appropriately for the weather).
Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
Ability to stand or move for extended periods.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
